Put my car back to perfect condition.

I bought a new Chevrolet Silverado about 8 months ago . The transmission is shuddering and trying to get it fixed. My 3rd visit.

I called and was connected to salesman Mr. Jaylin Hadnot .. Told Mr. Jaylin what I was looking for .. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting just the vehicle that I wanted .. I know I text or called him several times but, he never seemed to mind at all and helped me in a courteous way .. I had to move my truck from bay to bay. It seemed as if there was nothing but confusion going on. I came in for a simple oil change and found myself in a back and forth with your service manager trying to pressure me 3 times in getting a differential fluid change in front and rear sections. These are the exact reasons why I hate having to go to your service department to keep my lifetime power train within warranty. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy another vehicle from this location.

I was pleased with the way things worked out after the service manager was able to find where I had purchased an extended warranty for my truck when I originally bought it at Billy Navarre Sulphur. The repair would've cost me over $2000.00 but thanks to the service manager it only cost me a little over $18 for enough DEF to get me home.

this morning as i was driving to work my tire pressure light came on and it is showing that my tire pressure is not showing up. It is not set. i need some assistance with this issue. it needs to be reset. But other than that, the service was good.

I went back today to pick up a mat for the back of my car, Equinox 2026, that I absolutely have fallen in love with. I didn’t get the guy’s name in the part’s department, but he was very sweet and offered to take it out of the box and put it in for me which he did…❤️ My salesman, Zac Masterson was amazing, and also the financial guy I think his name is Brian. Everyone has been so pleasant. I had to pull into the garage for my new inspection sticker and they were all very nice and then I went through the car wash to wash my one week old car and the young fellow at the car was pleasant too… My total experience was the Bomb! Thank you and God bless to all of them.

Positive experience from start to finish. Both Bill (sales) and Aaron (finance) listened to my needs and provided exactly what I asked for. I felt heard and valued as a client and am very happy with my new Chevy TRAX.

I had a sheetmetal screw in my tire that penetrated the sidewall. I brought it to the dealership service center along with my warranty documents. Jacob Broussard was the gentleman that helped me. He explained how my warranty worked, ordered my new tire and had one of the techs put on my spare to get me through the weekend. On the following Monday, he called to tell me my new tire was ready to be mounted on my car. He was great!!

The service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. She got me to my next destination and when the service was completed she had me picked up and brought me to the vehicle.

Zac was so patient with us. He answered all the questions we asked of the car. Very respectful and we have a new vehicle representative to go to!! Still learning about our new car. We love it!

Jaylin was excellent as my salesman. He is the only reason I purchased from Navarre. He was authentic and respectfully answered all of my questions. He did not pressure me. The sales manger was able to help out a great deal and again did not pressure me. The reason for 4 stars is that when I went into sign paperwork, Thomas Broussard did pressure me for add ons.

I was a little skepticle about coming here at first. I usually by my cars from Texas but I saw a deal online and I had to come see the vehicle. When I called I talked to Zak. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he set me up an appointment. When my wife and I arrived we met the staff, they introduced us to our salesman, Chris. I think Navarre struck gold when they hired Chris. I hate the tricks that most salesmen use to get you to buy a car. Chris, however, was straight forward. He didn’t sugarcoat anything and he gave me the information I asked for. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being gaslighted. He took his time and explained everything. It felt like I was just talking to a friend about cars. I think that’s what’s missing when it comes to dealerships. They’re so focused on getting the sale, and your money, that they forget about the people actually buying the car. That definitely wasn’t the case with Chris. He showed me my options and guided me down the entire path to ownership of my first brand new Chevy Tahoe. I love my vehicle so far and I’m very happy with my purchase. I want to thank the entire team for their kindness and attentiveness. Even Thomas in finance had great customer service. lol.. I definitely know where to send people for their next vehicle!

I am not really sure if this is in reference to the service i received at the quick lube, or the service department. I have recently had my vehicle serviced at both locations. I first approached the service department, with a recall letter and a coupon for a discount on an oil change on Monday July 28th. The service department scheduled me to have the recall work done and advised me that I would need to go to the quick lube to use the coupon that had been mailed to me. So I left the service department and went to quick lube to have my oil change done. Upon completion of my oil change they told me that I had an active recall for my car. I notified them that I had already scheduled to have the recall work done later that week and he asked me to initial that he had advised me of the recall. (This was on Monday) On Wednesday, I brought my car to have the recall work done. Upon completion of the recall work the service tech told me that my car had a leak in the oil pan, low engine oil and that the oil pan needed to be immediately replaced. She also advised me that the cabin air filter on my car needed to be changed, and that my car was due for a fuel system service (which was done at the end of 2024). She immediately recanted and told me that she had seen that I had just had the fuel system service completed at the end of last year. I then advised her that I had my oil changed at your quick lube just two days prior. I explained that the quick lube did not advise me of any leak in my oil pan or that I needed to have my cabin air filter replaced (which the car at this time tells me still has 60% life left). Additionally, I advised her that my car had some repairs done at the lake Charles Navarre collision center back in March in which the entire underneath of my car was nearly replaced, to include the oil pan, due to an incident where an item fell off the vehicle in front of me and was subsequently ran over by my car causing significant damage (at or a little above $10k). I explained to her that if there was in fact a leak in my oil pan then it was due to substandard repairs done by the lake Charles location, or their technicians at the quick lube, and I would be returning the car to them to correct their repairs. She then told me that she was going to review all of this information with LEE, the supervisor, (because he has access to the information on the repairs done to my car in lake Charles as well) and that she would get back to me later that day. I did receive a call from your service department later that day, but not to advise me on what to do about the alleged leak in my oil pan. The call came from yet another employee advising me that I needed to have recall work done on my car. My immediate reply was "do you people talk to each other?'. I advised the that the recall work had been done that morning at your shop and that I was waiting for someone to call me back about oil pan leak. She advised me that she would note in the system that the recall work had been done so that I did not receive anymore calls to schedule it....Funny because I had had that letter for about a month before I went in and scheduled the recall work, not one call from the service department to have it scheduled until after I had already scheduled to have the repairs done. Additionally, she told me that she would speak with the advisor that was supposed to be calling me back about the alleged leak in the oil pan and make sure she returned my call. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet. giving 2 stars for this experience was a generous review. I will be returning to the service department on the next day that I have time away from work to try and figure out what actually is wrong with my car, if anything. Although now I have a total lack in confidence in the competency, integrity, and intelligence of the entire operation. Maybe I should just take it somewhere else where I might get an honest answer.

We had a great salesman, Bill Ishee. He took care of us that day with everything we needed. The whole process went great. We had an appointment, but was over an hour early and he was ready for us. I got in contact with him with a couple of questions, and he was very helpful with them. I would definitely buy from this dealership again!!!

I brought my car in for the same issue I brought it in for and had fixed a few months ago. I made several attempts to reach Amanda in the Sulphur service dept and she would not return my call. I even got a call from Brendan (not exactly sure if that was his name) asking how satisfied I was with how BN service did. I told him my car still there and not fixed and that I couldn’t reach anyone. He said he would follow up with Amanda and get back to me. He never did. I even tried calling him back and got no response. My car was there for over 2 weeks.

Service was great I didn’t like the hidden fees I was charged. I had a coupon for 105$. With tax it should have been 117$. But they put in a fee for shop supplies bringing the total amount to 124$.

Wheel & Tire warranty covered replacement of my tire and new tire was ordered. Arrived a little later the next day, than originally quoted, but not a big deal! Was glad to be able to take care of safety recalls while I was there. However I received an email today about another safety recall, so I’m not sure if this one is new or was not completed. The lobby could use some help though. This was the first time I was asked to exit my vehicle and sit in the lobby, thankfully it was empty. Tint on the windows is much needed! It was very hot and bright in there!

2024 Silverado was making a whining noise so I made an appointment for service. I asked if someone could listen to the noise and determine if there was a need for service or if the noise was normal for the 2500 truck. Sales manager Lee was very helpful and rode with me in the parking lot observing the noise and determined the vehicle needed service. The steering pump shaft had a leaking seal which had to be ordered overnighted. The vehicle repair was completed by the following day afternoon. When I picked up the vehicle Lee was available to explain and show me what repairs were done and why. Lee was very helpful and informative. Thanks.

Salesman and manager were very helpful in securing financing for the truck. However, I've been waiting 4 days for delivery of vehicle due to some type of paperwork issues regarding the transfer, due to vehicle being in another state. I've been told numerous times that truck will be delivered "tomorrow", but tomorrow hasn't arrived! I have been given a loaner truck in the meantime, so I'm not stranded, just aggravated.

Dropped the truck off a couple days before Thanksgiving for a transmission replacement. No communication unless I contacted the dealership and it wasn’t repaired until January 7th.

Replaced battery and reset codes. Made repairs within a hour, pick up truck and all is good. Back to normal. Great service!
