Wheel & Tire warranty covered replacement of my tire and new tire was ordered. Arrived a little later the next day, than originally quoted, but not a big deal! Was glad to be able to take care of safety recalls while I was there. However I received an email today about another safety recall, so I’m not sure if this one is new or was not completed. The lobby could use some help though. This was the first time I was asked to exit my vehicle and sit in the lobby, thankfully it was empty. Tint on the windows is much needed! It was very hot and bright in there!

Service was great I didn’t like the hidden fees I was charged. I had a coupon for 105$. With tax it should have been 117$. But they put in a fee for shop supplies bringing the total amount to 124$.

There was absolutely no hassle or resistance when I brought my truck in for repairs. This really earns my trust, so I will definitely return here for my next vehicle.

2024 Silverado was making a whining noise so I made an appointment for service. I asked if someone could listen to the noise and determine if there was a need for service or if the noise was normal for the 2500 truck. Sales manager Lee was very helpful and rode with me in the parking lot observing the noise and determined the vehicle needed service. The steering pump shaft had a leaking seal which had to be ordered overnighted. The vehicle repair was completed by the following day afternoon. When I picked up the vehicle Lee was available to explain and show me what repairs were done and why. Lee was very helpful and informative. Thanks.

Ms Amanda was nice and cordial. Car was brought week of Thanksgiving kept until Friday and still had issues of car battery being not working. Had to bring back the following Monday, left until Thursday. As of this date car is working.

Replaced battery and reset codes. Made repairs within a hour, pick up truck and all is good. Back to normal. Great service!

Salesman and manager were very helpful in securing financing for the truck. However, I've been waiting 4 days for delivery of vehicle due to some type of paperwork issues regarding the transfer, due to vehicle being in another state. I've been told numerous times that truck will be delivered "tomorrow", but tomorrow hasn't arrived! I have been given a loaner truck in the meantime, so I'm not stranded, just aggravated.

New truck already in the shop for a repair and service department seems to not call you back when they say they will.,my saleswoman Gabby was awesome my family has bought many vehicles from her family over the years.

I purchased a warranty for my truck from your dealership. The warranty was represented as a bumper to bumper warranty. I was charged for the tire sensor. I purchased a warranty from Lake Charles Toyota for my Lexus and all sensors were replaced and covered. I feel that at the time of purchase the warranty was misrepresented and you are selling an inferior warranty.

Brought my traverse in for repairs, Amanda was great to deal with the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. I was offered a loaner vehicle due to the extent of repairs without any hassle. I was constantly updated on the whole process. When I got my vehicle back, the work that was performed by the tech was top notch!! Everything was repaired and looked like brand new! Thank you Amanda, Richard and all involved service staff for a job well done!

Bill did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. My only critique is that the additional insurances added were unnecessary for me. The dollar amount related to these were unclear and I would not have accepted them otherwise. That being said, I love the truck.

My experience was great. Great service and a friendly atmosphere.

Brought my vehicle in at 8 am, was told it will be a cple hrs, so I was brought home. I waited all day for a call ,never got one. My husband stopped to check on his way home, and was told by the service representative that the technician said it needed a oxygen sensor, and it would need to be ordered. Was told I could drive it until then and I could pick up my car now. We go get it, and make it home, and get a call, that they do have the part in stock and now I need to make another appt for another service day. . So 2 days of hardship, for a part that was in stock, and a job that took less than an hr.. our lives revolve around a vehicle, and so does schedules. We had to shuffle and I had to get rides on day one to get around, so I feel it was uncalled for ,since it could have been fixed on day 1 with part on hand and a short wait..

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there. They took my car right away and started working and it was done very quickly. In fact, they told me I didn’t even need to get out of the car, but I wanted to go and see someone inside so I did and when they finished, they came looking for me. Great service.

Brought in my 2019 Chevy Silverado because it was skipping. Amanda in service department immediately took note and arranged for a diagnostic test to be preformed. When the diagnostic came back it was confirmed there was an issue with the transmission and a new one would need to be installed. Thank God for extended life time power tran warranty. Amanda made sure the process went smoothly and kept good follow up. However, the replacement transmission didn't last, not even out the dealership parking lot. Vechical start jumping.I had to turn around and go back. Amanda remained calm and requested another diagnostic test and determine it was another bad transmission. "GREAT". Now GM manufacturer had to get involved. Round two and Amanda has remained professional and calm throughout out our meltdown. Amanda went to bat and requested a loaner that the warranty didn't cover.That was a game changer especially when you're needing to get to work at 5:30am. Everyone cross your fingers that the second install goes well. The dealership team has done what is expected, but Amanda has been the Gem and very professional the dealership and service department should count their blessings to have an employee that goes above and beyond for their customers. Hats off guys thank you.

I had a cracked rim on my 2025 Chevrolet Suburban. I contacted Navarre by phone and started the warranty process. They made it so easy to get the rim replaced and the warranty taken care of.

Had to go back and sign paperwork because after reviewing paperwork the finance manager added an option that I repeatedly told him I didn’t want it. Not happy about that. Then got an email from the GM about if I can’t give the dealership a perfect score to email him personally. So I did that and never heard from him. The only people there I’m satisfied with is the salesman I dealt with and the sales manager. Don’t think I’ll shop there again or recommend the dealership to anyone
